Remember that music challenge I started back in 2011? No? It's like you people don't hang on my every word. scoffs

Anyway, this is a good time to get back to and finish that challenge. Also, fellow NaBloPoMo-ers, feel free to use the list (linked above) if you need post ideas.

Day 17: A Song from a Band/Artist that I Should Be Into but Just Can't Do It

This was a hard one for me to come up with. Nothing came to mind for a while until I started searching around and remembered Gotye. Maybe it's just that “Somebody That I Used to Know” was overplayed, but I was never hooked by them.

I did enjoy several of the parodies the song inspired, and since everyone has surely heard the original song at least once, I decided to include my favorite parody: “The Star Wars That I Used to Know.”
