100 Words on Flying Home

My flight home from the ski trip connected through Seattle, then a quick jump up to Bellingham. I was waiting to board the connection when they announced the flight was canceled. The Bellingham runway was apparently closed due to bad weather. The airline was also having computer issues at the time, so could not re-book/refund us right there. I waited at customer service for 45 minutes before their computers came back up. I wasn’t too stressed, though. I met some nice people in the line. I was only 90 miles from home and ultimately decided to take the shuttle bus.
