I don't know if he was the originator of that phrase, but he used it often while I was at Teen Mania. It's effective, and true, too. Today I exercised (ran). I only made it about half a mile, but that's not bad considering how long it's been since I've run. It's been months. I just got tired (again) of being out-of-shape, and since the weather is really starting to get lovely here, I had the opportunity, so I took it. I know, you probably think I'm nuts to say this, but it really does make you feel better. Sure, you'll be sore when you first start off, but it gives you a lot of energy in the long run (esp. if you run first thing in the morning). Tomorrow I'll try to make it 3/4 of a mile.
