Happiness and Success

I was watching some TED Talks on Netflix and really wanted to share one of them. Then I watched the next one and almost liked it more, so decided to share that one.

Shawn Achor talks about the common formula of “success leading to happiness” and how it is really backwards. I found it entertaining and inspiring.

Eh, why not share both? It's not like we're going to run out of Internet.

Jane McGonigal talks about how games can boost our resilience and even add years to our lives. It was moving to hear her talk about how she overcame trauma and suicidal thoughts.

These are in the Lifehack TED Talks series on Netflix.
