It was the one-armed man!

I'm kind of in a funk, but I'll do my best to not make this too much of a blahg entry.

Before I forget, the line I referenced in Monday's post was from Ghost World. Well, it was supposed to be; I messed up the quote a bit.

“This is so bad it's almost good.”

“This is so bad it's gone past good and back to bad again.”

Posting every day has been a pretty enjoyable experience, so far. In the past year I have spent more time using Twitter and Google Reader to share and comment on things, but it's just not the same as blogging. This has pushed me to be more creative and I like that it's not as fleeting. There's also an audience I'm missing out on if I'm not blogging. Related: thanks for reading!

I'm watching The Fugitive in the background and Jane Lynch is in it! This is blowing my mind; she looks so much younger.

My late great uncle Mel is in the parade scene, walking right next to Harrison Ford at one point. He was Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick's Day Parade that year. Also, my late great aunt Rita can be clearly seen on the reviewing stand, and my second cousin and her husband play and can be seen in the Shannon Rovers Pipe Band(also in the parade and movie) :)

For the record, this was a blahg entry, and if you want to get out of a funk, listen to funk (might I suggest Parliament), and then go tell little ugly kids they have no future. Follow this by appeasing your guilt with some humanitarian output, (might I suggest telling old people in nursing homes that getting old and rotting isn't so bad).
